One product of the group wins the second prize of "2004 Zhenjiang technical progress"

List of 2004 Zhenjiang technology progress prize was announced recently, “8BK86－12 indoors AC metal armoured removing switchgear” developed by Li Jun, Chen Weiguo, Cai Ping and Ji Shaoyu won the second prize. It was reported that 63 scientific and technological projects won the prize, among which were 5 first prize , 14 second prizes and 44 third prizes.
8BK86－12 indoors AC metal armoured removing switchgear adopted advanced technology standard and manufacturing technology, was equipped with new vacuum breaker and other new components, and reached domestic advanced level in production, appearance and capability. The product had superior performance, needed only a little maintenance and floor space, that reduced attendants’workload, improved the reliability of power supply, cut down the time and frequency of power cut, and provided guarantee for the development of our national economy.
