Company launchs training about “Contract Law”

On January 3rd, Jiangsu Changjiang electric Co., Ltd invited Ge Huaping ,the senior presiding judge of Zhenjiang Intermediate people’s court judge ,to launch training about “Contract Law”.About 50 employee from market department, sales department and commercial department attended this activity.
As economy exchange becomes frequent day by day, various kinds of economic disputes under the market economy conditions are inevitable. There are disputes of sales contract as well as purchase contracts,and then how to reduce and elude the risk and how to enhance contract management is a new question that should be solved.
On the training lesson,his excellent lecture seized the minds and emotions of the staff deeply. The training mainly included four parts: the basic general knowledge about “Contract Law”, lawsuit jurisdiction, lawsuit prescription and details when signing economy contract. Afterwards, he accepted the on-the-spot consultation and answered the questions such as “how to identify the validity of the fax?”, “Is it effective to agree on arbitration in the independent place?”. Aiming at the company’s developing scale,Mr. Ge advised to set up organizations specializing in the management of contract and important data.
Relevant principal said the timely training was meaningful,and it could improve the members’ conscious of contract risk and their skill to avoid risk and was helpful to company’s long-term development.
